I ordered a 1/2 dz Bakers Box which is supposed to be a variety of cinnamon rolls (as stated in the website description) and instead received 6 plain cinnamon rolls. I ordered this before at a different Cinnaholic and had no issues, so Iβm disappointed that this location did not meet what was advertised.

I ordered through Too good to go. The place was super cute. The employee was super nice. I had plenty cinnamon rolls. You also have to purchase the icing. They are delicious for my first time trying. Definitely will be back.

We ordered a medium size cinnacake and had a disappointing experience with this cake shop. My order was not ready at the promised pickup time, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The cake itself was poorly presentedβthe icing on top looked sloppy and rushed. To make matters worse, it was placed in an oversized box, causing the cake to shift and lose its shape during handling. Customer service also fell short. When we asked about the unexpectedly high final price, the staff responded with an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor presentation, and unsatisfactory service make it difficult to recommend this shop.

Honestly, if you REALLY wanna try cinnaholic just go to the one in Pearland. I used to make that hour drive out there because their service is GREAT, cinnamon rolls always fresh. This Sugar Land location is justβ¦..not good and i donβt say that to be mean just being real. I just spend $9 for a cinnamon roll that was so mid and they had it in one of those heated areas like they use at mcdonaldβs (no shade but iβd prefer to make an hour drive to pearland and they make mine fresh or even cinnabon) Also, the customer service is always very much Uber Rides vibe, no hi no greeting no nothing, if i was in an uber getting the same treatment bihhhh 5 stars!! but this is cinnaholic π₯Ί Idk ever since this location first opened up itβs been a bad rep of Cinnaholic. First week was great but now iβm like?? nahhh. see attached for my cinnamon roll 1/10 and the one is only because it has strawberries on it, i should have just got the original to feed my sweet tooth but whatever.

Friendly cashiers, slow service and mediocre cinnamon rolls. We've been to the Meyerland location and loved their rolls so we thought we'd try the Sugarland location. Ugh. Our rolls were underrated and had too many toppings so the unbaked rolls got soggy. We were disappointed.
